What’s the difference between the Roundup
Ready events RR (GA21) & RR2 (NK603)? |

Both events allow for direct application of
Roundup Herbicide. The RR2 event carries
slightly different label restrictions on Roundup
recommendations. In addition, RR2 received
European Union approval in 2005. |

Can I get a product that will handle any situation? |

There’s no silver bullet hybrid, but 492S with High
rate Poncho is close! It will offer protection against
European corn borer, Corn Rootworm, secondary
pests such as black cutworm, wire worm and billbug through five leaves. Plant 571R HP for your
refuge. They can be sprayed with Roundup
WEATHERMAX to boot. |

Will the YieldGard Corn Rootworm event do a
better job of control than insecticides? |

Yes. Yield data shows 12.2 bushels more yield in
heavy corn rootworm pressure compared to leading insecticides. While insecticides degrade or lose
effectiveness the longer they are in the soil, the
YGRW event is just as effective throughout the
growing season. |
