We are American and farm-family owned, committed to outstanding quality and exceptional service offering a complete hybrid lineup with 100% free replant. We have traditional values and live by the golden rule.

Do you produce all of your own seed?
Yes, almost our entire production is located within an 11-Mile radius of our plant at Arenzville, along with the Hoblit production capacity at Manito and Atlanta, IL. Hughes production takes place near Woodstock, IL.

Is Burrus committed to the future?
Definitely! We are firmly embedded in the fourth generation of family ownership with a strong history of sales growth. Come tour our facility and you will feel our long-term commitment.

Can I get a special deal?
Everyone loves a special deal. We strive to give every grower the same opportunities. We do not want to bastardize the system. We prefer the golden rule-treat others the way you would like to be treated.

When can I prepay with a discount?
Burrus offers Early Pay Savings every month from October 10, 2010 through June 10, 2011.

Can I get a grain premium when I grow Burrus?
There are several opportunities to Identity Preserve grain from Burrus Hybrids. If we are not listed for a premium opportunity near you, please help us by sharing the decision makers’ name with Mike Langan, and asking that facility to consider Burrus.

What is Power Plus®?
Growers benefit from more seed options because of Power Plus® Brand corn and soybeans introduced in July 2009. Pioneer Hi-Bred and Burrus Hybrids market and distribute many varieties of corn and soybean seeds in the Burrus market territory, bringing added value to growers.
